As an Account Manager, you will manage brokerage, franchise and association clients as well as the partnerships developed in the RESAAS Marketplace. Although you will be the primary contact for RESAAS’ client base, you will also support sales & marketing staff in terms of customer contact, marketing strategy development and implementation, identifying user targets and conversion metrics and overall sales & marketing initiatives. The Account Manager will also work with the sales pipeline to raise awareness of company offerings and potential revenue streams and identify new business ventures to meet determined company goals.
- 2+ years working in sales/marketing
- Demonstrated experience in managing client accounts
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and with other Internet tools
- Strong communication skills especially internally with management and key staff members
- Able to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of the real estate industry or MLS’s is a plus
