The Account Manager is responsible for managing the overall business relationship with our existing clients.
1. Communicating service level results and reviewing business performance
- Managing the sales cycle from identifying new opportunities and working with the Distributech team to develop, propose and close new solutions
- Relationship development at all levels of the client organization
- Overall responsibility for business results and growth targets within multiple accounts
-5+ years success managing complex accounts in our target industries
-Strong track record of solution selling in the B2B marketing services industry
-New media experience including email marketing, online advertising, social media and mobile marketing
Skills & Abilities:
-Very strong interpersonal skills essential to develop required relationships
-Strong creative capabilities that lead to unique solution development are extremely important
-Highly process‐driven to ensure that sales cycle is optimized
-Data and IT understanding is essential to successfully sell Distributech’s outsourcing services
-Ability to excel in a lean environment with limited staffing resources
-University degree or equivalent a major asset
-Marketing, Communications and Industry‐specific education a major asset
