Naked Creative Consultancy is looking for an Account Director who relishes big picture thinking but knows that thriving in a small shop demands rolling up your sleeves to get work out the door. You’ve got an entrepreneurial streak and for your next move you’re looking to make a difference in a place where people and ideas come first.
At your best in a tight-knit, collaborative environment, you’re equally comfortable talking big ideas with a blue chip CMO as you are a marketing intern. And savvy in both digital and traditional media channels, you can wax poetic about ROI, The Future of News, GRPs, the neutral zone trap, tweets, market share and relative strengths of Google+ versus Facebook.
You know that effective and inspiring briefs are written in plain English not marketing lingo, and last time you checked you knew at least 27 ways to take an idea beyond the traditional, typical solutions found in traditional, typical agencies. You can (and will) lead a team of equally passionate people and will mentor and inspire them to do things they never thought they could.
As for clients, check out the list below. You’ll likely get to work on all of them and help them develop unexpected ways for their brands to connect with people.
If you’ve got at least six years of agency experience, including balancing budgets with the acumen of a CFO, we’d like to hear from you. Sure you can send us a resume, but this is advertising, so get busy and creatively sell us on why you’re a perfect fit. Send it to us using the contact info below in "How to Apply" along with what you think you should be paid. If we like what we see, we’ll be in touch.
