Job Description

• Update and maintain company WordPress website
• Create HTML emails
• Manage all company social media accounts
• Work closely with a development company to enhance website performance
• Assist in creating collaterals for online training and conferences (signage, resources, workbooks, swag, PPT presentations)
• Reports to Art Director
• Measure and track website and social media performance

What You Will Bring to the Team

• Diploma or degree in graphic design or web development (or equivalent)
  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver required)
• Video editing skills is nice to have (iMovie/Final Cut/Adobe Premier)
• HTML/CSS required; JS/PHP is nice to have
• An online portfolio that demonstrates strong aesthetics and design principles
• Well-versed in WordPress
• Experience with responsive web design and mobile-friendly layouts
• Self starter and highly driven
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once but also able to focus and work on repetitive tasks
• Eye for detail, colour, typography, and layout
• Receptive to creative direction
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Be ready to work in teams, present your own work and ideas, and incorporate feedback
• Knowledgeable and comfortable working with brand standards
• Knows how to use Microsoft programs (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• Excel in tight deadlines and perform under high pressure situations
