User Experience Design and Testing Consultant contract

Quartech requires a User Experience Design and Testing Consultant to provide support on a mobile development project. This is a 6-month contract with a client in Victoria, BC.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a User Experience Design and Testing Consultant
• Proficiency in mobile application user experience design
• Experience with automated mobile application testing frameworks across numerous device types and deployment methods
• Experience designing in an open source environment
• A portfolio of released applications on the App store or Android market
• In-depth knowledge of Responsive Web, Hybrid and Native Mobile applications
• Experience with bootstrap, CSS and other UI frameworks

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience in team mentorship, and interpersonal skills that build team synergy
• Experience working in settings that range from start-ups to enterprise
