This position will require a candidate with strong programming skills with prior experience in building multi-threaded applications, object oriented design and design patterns. Experience with Object Oriented Design methodology (C++/Java experience preferred).
The candidate will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects. Team Leads are expected to contribute technically to their project as well as mentor junior members of the team and to navigate all product release processes. Candidates will be required to pass a written and/or a programming test.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Development experience in Java, J2ME on BlackBerry and Android platform
- Development experience in C/C++ and Qt is preferred
- Development and deployment application for mobile platform
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with extensive experience in writing design documents
- Strong, proven individual and team performer
Exposure to additional XML technologies such as XML Schema Experience with Qt
Familiar with platforms & operating systems common to mobile phones: Blackberry, iOS, Android
