Supervisor, Branded Content – WE Day

WE Charity seeks an experienced and results driven Supervisor of Branded Content to work with the WE Day Production Team and manage the development of the WE Day tour’s branded onstage content. The Supervisor of Branded Content will sit on the WE Day Production team, reporting directly to Executive Producer and managing one Manager, Branded Content.

Responsibilities:

  • Create meaningful, engaging and youth-focused branded content for 19 live WE Day events
  • Pitch ideas for onstage content confidently to high level executives at top companies
  • Manage the work of a Manager, Branded Content
  • Collaborate with WE’s Partner Relations team to create long and short term strategies for onstage branded content
  • Work in tandem with WE’s co-founders and executive team to ensure partner onstage benefits are satisfied
  • Monitor quality control for all branded content and ensure segments are unique to each partner
  • Oversee all branded content video and visual production (storyboard, casting, drafts, etc.)
  • Where required, assist with ideation for branded content integration in US and Canadian Broadcasts in collaboration with an external broadcast team
  • Liaise with Regional Offices to ensure city-specific needs are met at each event

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years working within an agency, broadcast environment or live event
  • Strong experience in brand or sponsorship activation, either live or filmed
  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Film/TV or related field
  • Comfortable with heavy travel, both to WE Day events and to partner headquarters for meetings
  • Able and willing to work outside of standard 9-5
  • Confidently and clearly presenting ideas and information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Sound understanding of and experience with Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in French or Spanish is an asset, but not required
