I’m Mike M, Senior Director of the User Experience practice here at Klick Health. Our team is responsible for putting (digital) pen to (digital) paper and bringing to life the solutions Klick Health delivers. That means we get inspired by conducting research, working closely with clients and collaborating with internal teams to create kick ass digital experiences across websites and mobile apps. Of course we do all this while putting the user first!
I’m looking for a UX Designer to join my team immediately. Interfacing with our clients you will be responsible for defining their business needs and what their users need to get out of the final product. From that process you’ll create site maps, wireframes and diagrams as part of your collaboration with our development and creative teams. Once the ideas have been turned into workable solutions you’ll present the output to clients explaining the concept and walk them through the user experience.
What I’m looking for in the person I want to hire:Passion for designing extraordinary UX on products that users love
- Awesome client facing skills including facilitation of requirement gathering workshops and focus groups and the ability to deliver kick-ass presentations
- Strong information architecture and interface design/wireframing skills
- Usability testing experience
- HCI training would be an asset
- Understanding of the underlying technologies and principles for web and mobile apps
- Hands-on experience with Axure or similar prototyping tool
- 5+ years’ relevant experience
You’ll work with me and our awesome UX team to help design and deliver digital marketing sites (desktop and mobile), apps, operational solutions and other projects.
When you come in to meet, I’d love to see some samples of work you’ve done in the past. I want to hear about your experience with previous UX design challenges and how you overcame them. I want to hear about big wins, like that time you wowed the client in person or delivered a great product. I’d also really like to find out more about you – what you love and hate in the agency world and to see if we click.
