Social Marketing Consultant full-time

Bring your social marketing and project management expertise to a challenging and rewarding role where you can really make a difference as you provide lead health promotion and prevention social marketing strategies for the Public Health Program at Fraser Health.

Working in consultation with the Public Health Program you will:

• Recommend, develop, implement, manage and evaluate social marketing strategies to bring about beneficial changes in behaviour among members of defined target audiences.
• Apply communication, marketing, education and behavioural science best practices to social marketing initiatives and incorporate a variety of mediums, and tools and tactics including: videos, social media, presentations, policy development, media releases, public service announcements, events, and print materials.
• Conduct research and assessments; work with internal and external stakeholders; and make recommendations to help guide the implementation of Fraser Health’s Population Health Strategic Plan, STOP HIV and vision of Better Health.

As the successful candidate, you have a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or a related discipline, five to seven years recent, related experience working in health promotion and/or population health social marketing/marketing, and experience in electronic/web and interactive media graphic design. You have a valid Class V BC Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle for business purposes.
