Professional Skills & Qualifications

Perform SEO & SEM activities, including but not limited to:

• Identification and analysis of metrics, analysis of keyword research and ranking, competitive market analysis, website analysis, and implementation of search best practices
• Effectively manage multiple campaigns by developing and managing timelines, schedules and client budgets
• Continuous optimization of SEO & SEM tactics based on reporting and results
• Compile and report on campaign effectiveness to upper management, including competitive landscape, KPIs, and identify growth opportunities via PPC, SEO & retargeting
• Oversee development of PPC campaign strategies (Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook):
  • Develop and execute advertising campaigns aligned with client strategy and business objectives
  • Day-to-day optimization for bid strategies, quality score and ad position
  • Implement and manage all aspects of paid placement, including desktop, mobile and video
  • Cost-per-lead and cost-per-sale optimization with a strong focus on conversion metrics to drive increased campaign ROI
• Understand the importance of social content, social triggers and socialization of content and brands

Professional Competencies

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO/SEM experience
• Google AdWords Certified
• Expert in Google Analytics
• Experience using SEO tools like Google Webmaster Tools, SEM Rush, etc.
• Knowledge of and keen interest in staying top of the latest SEO/SEM trends and news
• Experience with WordPress optimization
• Strong Excel skills and experience with manipulating large data sets
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Ability to juggle multiple initiatives and new campaigns simultaneously
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
