Canada’s largest HVAC Company, Reliance Home Comfort (RHC) is seeking to strengthen its digital team with the addition of an in-house SEO manager to improve RHC’s organic search rankings and drive digital lead conversion.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and execute opportunities to improve our website’s search rank for key terms at the top, middle, and bottom of our marketing funnel

• Manage core SEO optimization activities including on page (keyword content writing) and off page optimization- link building, content development/syndication

• Manage and improve organic and local search engine performance and goal-setting based on click through rates, traffic, conversions and revenue

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines

• Create reports and dashboards using Google Sheets and/or MS Excel

• Manage relationships with external SEO agencies/vendors and stakeholders

• Manage local SEO (Google My Business rankings, Citation Management) in individual markets/locations across Canada

• Requirements:

• Proven track record of success as an SEO Manager in a competitive industry – i.e. local home services
• Expert knowledge of search ranking optimization factors and key algorithm updates
• Proficiency in web analytics software, crawl, link analysis, and onsite audit tools
• Experience in canonicals, redirects, headers, site speed & migration
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels/tactics – PPC, Lead Gen, E-mail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
• Team player who values collaboration
