The person we’re looking for.
We’re looking for a kick-ass, creative Senior UX Designer to join our North American team.

About you.
You will be expected to lead UX projects. Including leading the team through design research, the creation of polished project deliverables, and providing strong conceptual thinking in response to a design brief.

We value teamwork and encourage professional development, and as a leader on the team we’d look to you to help support other designers and help them grow in their design by reviewing their work and sharing with them your design knowledge and expertise.

You will have many client facing responsibilities to help achieve our project goals and be able to articulate and defend our design choices to the client. Most importantly, as a senior member of the team, your role in developing and maintaining strong positive relationships with our clients is essential.

Requirements.

• Proven 4 years full-time industry experience as a UX designer (must)
• Portfolio that we can access
• Must have at minimum a 3-hour overlap with Toronto EDT timezone
