We’re on the hunt for a Senior Technical Copywriter with 5+ years experience to create compelling and creative stories, but you probably won’t put it that way. Dazzle us with your words!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate with a team of strategists, creatives and user-experience specialists to deliver long-form copy for a number of different topic areas (from human rights to autonomous driving)
  • Implement & incorporate strategy from the client and direction from the Executive Creative Director
  • Partner on the vision for our clients, craft tone of voice, and then deliver compelling and informative narratives and user-journeys that drive engagement
  • Work with the Camp team to conceive, sell, and execute, bold and persuasive messages for our clients
  • Brainstorming and creative planning sessions
  • Ensuring concepts contain clear, concise, and convincing writing
  • Fact check and proof read for grammatical and material accuracy
  • Prepare and refine concepts for internal and client presentations and provide rationale behind these concepts
  • Participate in project update/status meetings with project team as required
  • Keep up to date and informed on the best work within our industry, both home & abroad

What you’ll need:

  • Strong background in copywriting, with 5 plus years experience in an agency or marketing team
  • A portfolio including writing external long form web copy
  • Strong body of work including experience in digital campaign storytelling and an understanding of UX
  • Experience working in wireframes and familiar with semantic mark-up
  • Experience digesting complex concepts and delivering copy that works for technical and non-technical B2B and B2C audiences
  • Proactive in a very fast paced environment
  • Passion for developing breakthrough creative that gets results
  • A few awards under your belt won’t hurt either
