  • Observe market constantly to identify opportunities of existing and potential customers to design, create and manage sales campaigns
  • Articulates industry knowledge of current trends and issues and leverages this information in discussions with customer
  • Predict future opportunities and market cycles using past experience and marketplace information in support of strategic partnerships.
  • Consistently uses sales processes, i.e. opportunity analysis, creating demand and winning sales plans to drive growth
  • Develop and implement successful strategies that influence customer stakeholders to support partnerships at executive levels
  • Constant focus on identifying new opportunities for customers by developing solutions that deliver real value for the customers’ organizations
  • Responsible for account planning, relationship development, revenue targets, client satisfaction
  • Responsible to maintain and develop relationships within key accounts.  Multiple strong connections with c-level, Vice President and Director level decision makers
  • Regularly achieve growth in overall revenue with YOY results ranging from 100%-300% growth in targeted areas
  • Must alternately lead, direct and collaborate with the operations teams responsible for delivery to ensure that Innovatia’s major clients are served in a world class manner
  • Responsible for contracting, negotiating Terms and Conditions and working relationship definition for multimillion dollar, multiyear agreements.

Required Skill-Set:

  • 7-10 years face to face industry specific selling and relevant business experience in the oil and gas market
  • Excellent knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends
