  • Develop improved pursuit processes, systems and templates with the Calgary Marketing and Business Development Leader, from pipeline to client interview.
  • Oversee full proposal delivery process for the Calgary studio from research to close-out.
  • Champion development and delivery of major proposals and business development materials.


  • Lead and support project pursuit strategy.
  • Work with Partners and Associates to develop strategic and successful proposals.
  • Perform detailed analysis of RFP/RFQ documents and develop compelling narratives that demonstrate the value proposition.
  • Facilitate proposal delivery process including kick-off, content from subject matter.
  • Write non-technical portions of the proposal (cover letters, executive summaries, project descriptions, team qualifications, win themes).
  • Review and edit draft and final proposals to ensure responsiveness, accuracy and quality.
  • Facilitate client interview preparation, development of collateral and coaching activities.
  • Contribute and maintain CRM.
  • Perform closeout activities ensuring lessons learned and debriefing process is initiated.

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities efficiently and effectively.
  • Confident and poised with strong interpersonal skills, passionate about quality and able to deliver in a high-performance environment, with multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Passionate about architecture and design.


  • University degree and seven (7) years of related experience. AEC industry experience is an asset.
  • Advanced communications skills with a demonstrated ability in partnership-building.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Portfolio is not required but would be considered an asset. To submit, please include as part of your resume/CV document.
