The WCB’s Communications Team is looking for an experienced senior marketing manager to support the organization’s social marketing needs. The successful candidate will have proven ability in strategic campaign development and have significant experience in conducting research and statistical analysis. The successful candidate will demonstrate extensive experience in creative development, production and media buying. The role requires high-level development and implementation of marketing and communications plans and experience managing a small team.

Qualifications:

Those candidates who can demonstrate their ability to work well under multiple deadlines and can successfully prioritize demands will be considered. Experienced marketing managers who possess the following competencies will be considered:

• Strong analytical thinking & marketing plan development
• Experience managing a team
• Highly organized with experience executing multi-level marketing & advertising plans
• Minimum post-secondary education in Marketing or Communications - Master’s degree not required but considered an asset
• Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in Marketing, Communications or Advertising
• Command of the English language and excellent grammar, proof-reading, copy editing, advertising and writing skills a necessity
