We’re Looking For:

A versatile Senior Designer with experience in WordPress content management systems to take over the graphic and UI design of our website. We’re looking for a candidate who has created and maintained functional and attractive websites, with a strong background in graphic design. Our ideal candidate has an eye for design and can transform high-level requirements into beautiful, intuitive and functional products. You’ll be responsible for delivering design solutions for print and digital marketing materials, custom signage, web development, branding, etc. You’ll manage production work in a timely manner with sharp attention to detail, and lead a team to help execute and deliver all areas of festival branding.

REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities:

• Lead the management and maintenance of Elevate’s website including but not limited to: choosing layouts and page elements to optimize visual appeal, improving the overall interface and user experience, creating banners to drive sales/leads, and using responsive design to enhance the mobile experience
• Coordinate the development of digital media and marketing collateral to support the executive and sales teams
• Design web and print collateral including landing pages, presentations, infographics, large format signage, email templates, forms and more
• Use stock images, illustration, and photography to create promotional images for social media
• Provide recommendations for printing methods and materials to best suit the needs of each project

Must Have Skills / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Website Design, Graphic Design or a related field
• 5-7 years of related work experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, MailChimp and WordPress
• General knowledge in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Experience with google analytics, google page insights, and webmaster tools
• A self-motivated and versatile team player, skilled at multitasking and independently managing and prioritizing various projects
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Proven leadership skills
