Responsible for leading our client engagements, forming and growing trust-based client relationships, creating high impact content, managing client profitability and enhancing our distinctive knowledge This position will also function as an Engagement Manager and/or Engagement Associate Director on a variety of client projects and will pay a key role in developing business with new and existing clients.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
-Engage in value-added dialog on engagement topics
-Development of clients’ brand strategies
-Begin to develop trust-based relationships with day-to-day client contacts
-Engage in broad based branding dialog and become one of the senior client’s counsellors and in so doing learn to identify further opportunities for Interbrand to provide meaningful client value
-Work with Directors to inspire team to deliver highest quality work product in a timely and personally satisfying manner
-Dependant on t he size of the client engagement, ensure that work is produced efficiently and effectively
-Coach more junior team members to insure meaningful experiences, personal growth, improvement in IB intellectual capital and constructive feedback
-Produce and integrate highest quality end-product
Skills and Attributes:

•B.A. degree; MBA desirable
•5-7 years experience in brand strategy/architecture, marketing and/or business strategy and financial analysis
•Strong Organization and Presentation skills
•Strong attention to detail
