Brandt has an opportunity for a Remarketing & International Sales Specialist based in Edmonton, AB. This full time, permanent position specializes in the remarketing of previously used heavy equipment in markets based in Canada, United States, and Europe. Responsibilities include developing and increasing used equipment sales, providing input to stakeholders on used equipment value, and safeguarding company assets in conjunction with policies.
This position pays a base salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 plus commission and benefits.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 10 years experience in the heavy duty construction equipment industry; minimum of 2 years experience in international sales and purchasing; significant experience in global procurement, acquisition, negotiating, and closing transactions; must have the ability to work in the United States, and willing to travel extensively as this position requires up to 50% travel time (1-2 weeks per month).
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, proficient knowledge in computer applications especially in Outlook, Excel, Word, and willing to start as soon as possible. Sales experience in the Central and Southern United States regions is considered an asset. Post secondary education is also considered an asset.
