Leading U.S. book publicity and marketing firm seeking freelance book publicist based in the Toronto area. Position requires strong skills in areas including:
- media relations,
- press release writing,
- personal communication,
- and creativity.
Functions include securing media coverage -- radio and TV interviews, and newspaper, magazine, and online coverage for authors and books.
Must have good knowledge of Canadian media. Responsibilities will also include pitching for coverage to U.S. media outlets.
Representatives of company will be in Toronto February 14 through 16th to conduct interviews.
