WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Our head office in Coal Harbour, Vancouver has an opening for a Project Manager. We’re looking for someone with experience managing a high volume of digital projects, ideally in an agency setting. If you thrive under pressure and are a multi-tasking master, then this could be a great fit. Working closely with our clients and team, you’ll help to ensure all things project related run smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the main point of contact with clients from the kick-off call to project launch
• Ensure that clients and internal teams have a clear understanding of project goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
• Manage the scope, schedule, budget and resource requirements for all client and internal projects
• Ability to identify risks and analyze options to mitigate them
• Facilitate client meetings including kick-off calls, feedback and review sessions, and project check-ins
• Communicate with clients and internal teams on an ongoing basis and ensure changing resource and project requirements are met and understood
• Completion of projects that result in satisfied clients and project teams, and ensure the delivery of projects on time and on budget
• Participate in strategic planning and conceptual ideation sessions both internally and with clients
• Participate in the preparation of pitch materials including presentations and RFP responses

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 3-5 years experience successfully delivering digital projects within an agency environment; solid understanding of website production processes a bonus
• Excellent communication skills with ability to voice ideas while respecting others
• Ability to continually motivate, challenge and drive the production team to create best-in-class projects while staying on budget and on schedule
• Clear and proven communication skills; ability to listen, present, and sell through ideas internally and to executive level client stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure, within extremely tight deadlines and maintain a good sense of humor, tact and professionalism
• Experience with project management tools such as Basecamp, Harvest, Slickplan, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and Mac OS
• A university or college degree is preferred
