What You’ll Do:As the Advertising Project Manager at BOOM InterTribal, you'll lead client relationships, plan projects, & ensure the successful delivery of impactful marketing campaigns. You’ll juggle portfolios from Indigenous-led organizations to major corporations who want to communicate meaningfully with Indigenous Peoples. Managing workflows, overseeing teams, & collaborating with external partners will be your jam – & you’ll smash milestones & exceed expectations like it’s a sport.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong professional relationships with clients by offering exceptional service & solutions.
• Support day-to-day client interactions & transform their needs into actionable workflows.
• Manage the development, production & launch of integrated campaigns including digital, social, web, design, branding, video & traditional (TV/short film, Radio, Print, OOH).
• Be the Monday.com wizard, ensuring projects stay on time, on budget, & on track.
• Develop detailed workback schedules & ensure everyone is moving in sync.
• Support budget planning & ensure client financials are handled like a pro.
• Assist in creating Scopes of Work (SOWs) & beautiful Client presentations.
• Contribute to agency-wide processes for efficiency.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 5+ yrs Project Management experience in a reputable agency setting, leading integrated campaigns.
• Experience with Monday.com (or similar platforms). A must have!
• Strong skills in budgeting, SOW development, & client-facing communication.
• A genuine interest or experience working with Indigenous communities.
• Intermediate knowledge of digital marketing platforms & the ability to turn data into meaningful insights is a definite asset!
• Experience with Canva & Adobe Suite, also an asset.
