We’re looking for a PHOTO PRODUCER to help us translate the essence of lululemon into our campaign projects and photography to educate, inspire and elevate our guests and our teams. You’ll need to have a strong background in production, love bringing creative concepts to life, have a love of people and travel, thrive in a fast-paced environment and be incredibly organized.


  • Produce campaign photo shoots as per the creative concept
  • Plan and lead all aspects of the production process including shoot logistics, athlete casting, location scouting, communication and budget management
  • Create and maintain relationships with ambassadors, athletes, locations, suppliers and influencers to be featured in our projects
  • Responsible for timely communication, production administration and reporting


  • A fun, organized, sweat-loving creative with meticulous attention to detail
  • 3-5 years of production experience
  • An education is photo production is an asset
  • A valid passport and a love of travel
  • A driver’s license is required
  • Flexibility, agility and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get work done
  • Thrive when creating solutions under pressure
  • Must be comfortable with an ever-changing, dynamic workload
