We are transforming the building industry and looking for talented people to develop and continually optimize PPC campaigns, demonstrating innovation and a strong results orientation. The PPC Specialist is responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing paid search marketing strategies, such as PPC advertising on major search engines - Google, Bing/ Yahoo, shopping engines, and smaller tier engines as needed.

  • Create and manage PPC campaigns across major PPC platforms, which delivers revenue targets
  • Audit accounts for accuracy of landing pages, keywords, and ad copy
  • Continually test landing pages, keyword match types, and ad campaigns to ensure success
  • Manage keywords and messaging based on performance of campaigns
  • Continually test and optimize new keywords, ad text, position and landing pages. Test campaigns in new categories & optimize them to reduce CPC & improve ROI
  • Utilize reports and analytic tools to adjust campaigns
  • Create monthly performance reports


  • Increase PPC revenue in 1 year while maintaining acquisition costs
  • Complete audit of current account for accuracy of landing pages, keywords and ad copy within 6 weeks
  • Implement industry best practices in the campaign restructure in 6 months
  • Increase average CTR by 25% in 6 months

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 3 years online marketing experience, including 2 years focus in PPC strategy & execution
  • Applied knowledge of and experience in campaign optimization & improving PPC ROI
  • Proficient in Google Adwords, Bing Ads & Google Analytics. Experience in automated bidding tools a plus
  • In-depth understanding of Quality Score
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use analytics to identify issues and seek out opportunities
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit
  • Highly analytic, possessing a high degree of accuracy with details and numbers.
  • Results oriented and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency and attention to deadlines
  • High levels of integrity and a commitment to do what you say you are going to do
  • A desire to learn and continuously improve
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Undergraduate degree in business or related field
