FFUN Group has seen tremendous growth and opportunity and we are looking to add an Online Marketing Manager to our Marketing team.  We are looking for someone that will demonstrate a true passion for online marketing and has the desire to achieve, attention to detail, is highly organized and has strong problem-solving skills; someone who is always going above and beyond.

The Online Marketing Manager is someone who has an entrepreneurial attitude with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. He/She has the ability to work well independently when necessary and define manager objectives.  He/She will stay up to date with best practices and standards in online marketing/ad industry and has a great work ethic.

Online Marketing Manager duties and responsibilities:

Digital Advertising.

  • Working with Google AdWords, Bing and Facebook (campaign creation, management, analysis and reporting)
  • Executing tests, collecting/analyzing data, identifying trends and insights
  • Creating, categorizing and refining keywords to implement successful bidding strategies and effective keyword management
  • Creating an action plan for deep tracking (UTM or other) across multiple ad platforms
  • Creating and generating actionable reports on schedule
  • Researching and analyzing competitor advertising links
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of major technology-driven changes and trends affecting the media and advertising industries, and deep knowledge of the digital media-buying ecosystem

Website Management

  • Working with Google Analytics
  • Generating new ideas to enhance results and improve website user experience and conversion rates
  • Creating user profiles in Analytics to identify and action on desired audience
  • Working with third-party vendors to identify and troubleshoot technical problems in a timely matter
  • Creating and generating actionable reports on schedule
  • Researching and analyzing competitor websites

Qualifications for the position:

  • Entrepreneurial attitude with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience
  • Experience using Facebook Audience Insights
  • Minimum 2 years of experience utilizing Google Analytics
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent an asset, but not required
  • Previous experience running/analyzing campaigns in the six or seven figure budget an asset

Bonus Points if you have:

  • BA / B.Comm
  • Internet Marketing or Online Marketing Diploma
  • Experience in the digital automotive space
  • Google Display Certification
