This position advances the elimination of workplace injury and illness through the development and delivery of marketing, public relations and communications strategies and products. This position collaborates with WCB management and WCB partners to achieve relevant strategic and operational objectives. This position reports to the Director, Communications.
A University Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations supplemented with 7 to 10 years progressively responsible experience in communications within an organization. The role requires high-level development and implementation of marketing and communications plans and experience managing a small team. The role requires strong analytical thinking and ability to review statistical information and apply to the development of marketing and communications plans. The role requires extensive experience in creative development, production and media buying.
