Marketing Manager - Inbound Marketing Full-Time

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Inbound Marketing Manager will work collaboratively to develop acquisition strategies that will continually drive a high volume of qualified leads across core markets.

The Inbound Marketing Manager will manage an effective lead conversion process and own the evaluation of customer acquisition campaigns. The Inbound Marketing Manager will regularly identify, track and report analysis of acquisition strategies across the organization to ensure continual growth of results and strategic refinement.

The ideal candidate has experience with HubSpot or similar inbound marketing software with at least 3 years experience. This is an intermediate role.

Main responsibilities for this position include:

  • Daily use and thorough understanding marketing software strategies, to be used to identify and develop innovative strategies to increase acquisition and conversion
  • Daily use and maintenance of CRM database to understand existing clients and identify key market opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally across the organization to streamline inbound activities, key metrics and evaluation
  • Identify relevant new markets and campaign strategies
  • Assist with other existing marketing initiatives, digital and offline

The individual will also be a contributing team member, supporting the efforts and activities of the business units as well as the ECO Canada brand, in general.

Job Expectations

The focus of this position is on delivering ensuring all inbound marketing efforts are measured to deliver qualified leads to our Sales team, through the duties listed above.  Further to this, the following provides details regarding expectations of responsibility, which include:

Marketing Software and CRM Management

  • Utilize, and continuously grow, knowledge around marketing software systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness of marketing efforts
  • Develop and analyze A/B tests to maximize effectiveness
  • Develop and refine understanding of existing clients and identify key market opportunities

Inbound Marketing Management

  • Identify relevant new markets and campaign strategies
  • Use creative content to increase volume of inbound traffic, and ability to qualify audience needs based on ECO solutions
  • Qualify and nurture leads effectively through their experience with ECO
  • Maintain website content in line with lead and sales objectives, while retaining a valuable brand experience for leads and clients
  • Manage budget, in conjunction with activity effectiveness, to ensure both remain aligned

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with across business units to facilitate consistent, comprehensive information flow
  • Work closely with Sales to ensure lead quality remains positively aligned with inbound marketing activity

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years results-driven content marketing experience
  • Proven experience in high volume customer acquisition campaigns and marketing performance analysis
  • Strong experience with data analysis and marketing software with an affinity for learning new technology
  • Experience with content management systems, excited by creative content development
  • Experience with CRM management and systems (ie: Salesforce)
  • Budget management experience
  • Strong interpersonal/communications skills
  • Experience developing engaging, effective marketing communications
  • Well organized, detail oriented team player
  • Strong analytical skills rooted in a desire to be continuously learning and growing
  • Driven by creativity, grounded in accountability
