The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the Marketing Department and execution of the strategic plan and annual marketing business plans.

Support and facilitate development and implementation of marketing plans;
Oversee development (and guage effectiveness) of media campaign, through web, social media and on-line, paper and magazine, radio, direct mail, etc., to ensure consistent and effective messaging regarding brand, product and retail marketing and advertising;
Analysis of customer survey and feedback means to ensure 100% customer satisfaction, focus and appreciation, and insight to customer’s needs and expectations to ensure alignment of product and service offering with evolving market trends;
Lead and manage the Marketing team including recruitment, retention, performance management, coaching, mentoring and training;
Create and implement internal processes to ensure high productivity and effective execution of the Marketing strategy, including development and management of annual departmental budget;
Ensure show home sales centres are designed in accordance with the company’s philosophies and brand standard
