Job Description: The role of Marketing & Design Specialist encompasses a variety of creative tasks to be completed in a timely and efficient manner. You will work under the direction of the Sales & Marketing Manager to complete the following:

• Create custom literature to support sales efforts
• Ensure consistency of company branding
• Create and maintain a yearly marketing budget
• Measure the impact of marketing efforts
• Maintain website CMS
• Manage company LinkedIn account
• Create original design content to be used on the website, email, print materials, apparel, etc.
• Create monthly email blasts as well as product specific blasts
• Manage email lists and comply with CASL laws
• Brainstorm and generate new ways to reach potential customers
• Organize relevant tradeshows and events
• Create and deliver monthly sales flyers
• Optimize SEO and implement digital advertising
• Other tasks as directed by management

Qualifications:

Experience

• None required but previous job experience in relevant fields is beneficial

Education

• Post-Secondary level education in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
