We are looking to fill the position of Marketing Project & Print Production Coordinator to work out of our Head office located in Calgary, Alberta.   To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2+ year's related project and print production coordination experience and be strong and outgoing.

Duties:

• Management of Menu Typesetting, Layout, Print and Design projects with restaurant locations
• Printing of promotional materials, press approvals, coordination of delivery and meeting deadlines
• Liaison with in-house Graphic Designer, ad agencies, printers to co-ordinate projects
• Producing accurate, final print-ready artwork and text for menus, ads, brochures, displays and more
• Daily work and coordination using Macintosh computer systems and printing software
• A full understanding of printing processes, strong typesetting skills and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe In Design
• Attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skills are a must for this position

• Print production and graphic design work is an asset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills and Mac & Microsoft software
• Ability to work in a timely fashion without direct supervision
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills
• Flexible and adaptable to change and deadline and detail orientated
• Special projects and other duties as assigned
