As a major contributor to the development and execution of our corporate communication strategy, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth strategy of the organization. The communications system will promote the internal and external stakeholders understanding, acceptance and support of our corporate activities and objectives. The successful candidate will also participate in developing the corporate marketing strategy and execution in every aspect of the strategy. The successful candidate is a results driven, "get it done" person who would "take charge" of the development, implementation and continuous evolvement of all aspects of communications and marketing for Cortex. This position also represents the corporate communication and marketing function on various cross-functional teams which includes trade shows, conferences and internal events.
·Responsible for the development of marketing and communications sales support materials for new and existing products and services
·Supports sales by creating tools, presentations, crafting key marketing messages and developing internal and external communications
·Accountable for the development, content quality and accuracy of various printed and electronic publications including those being posted on our intranet and internet.
·Assist with the coordination and preparation of executive speeches, letters and articles for internal or external audiences
·Responsible for selecting appropriate tradeshows and executing tactical setup, communications and completion activities
·Collaborate with the sales leadership team to design and execute demand generation campaigns
·Proven marketing and communications track record in a business to business services environment
·Sufficient leadership experience to appropriately manage clients, peers, staff and sr. mgmt relationships
·Excellent interpersonal skills - must be a team player with a positive, solutions-oriented outlook
·High energy and results oriented individual with a strong customer focus and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.

Education & Experience:
·A degree in Marketing, or related field
·5+ years experience in a marketing or communications role
·Experience selling in a business to business services environment
