Position Overview

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing various Marcom projects and processes. This position spans communications, events, and product marketing requiring tight interaction with the entire marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the development of marketing collateral and presentations
  • Contribute content and updates to the corporate website and digital signage
  • Assist with the writing, delivery, and tracking of press releases
  • Produce quarterly internal newsletter and distribute to our email list
  • Assist with and contribute content for Wavefront’s external email programs
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of Wavefront’s wireless resource guide
  • Work with customers to develop case studies, testimonials, and references
  • Monitor online blogs to track communications related to our brand
  • Participate in implementing Wavefront’s social media strategy
  • Contribute to building Wavefront’s member community nationally and cross-sector
  • Execute & analyze results of marketing campaigns and advertisements
  • Update and maintain the data integrity of Wavefront’s CRM (Salesforce)
  • Provide support for Wavefront events

Job Requirements

  • University degree or college diploma in business, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a professional marketing department
  • Exceptional knowledge of marketing, sales, and business processes
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • CRM experience required. Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Effective time management, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Social media experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
