Marketing and Communications Analyst

We are currently seeking a Marketing & Communications Analyst with 1-3 years of experience to join our sales team. We are looking for a creative, driven and flexible individual to join our fast-growing company.
Contributions and Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement an overall marketing and communication plan for the company
- Coordinate the development and design of marketing materials with outside contractors
- Ensure branding is consistent throughout all print and web material
- Coordinate the upgrade of the company website including development of new content
- Develop company messaging and writing copy for brochures and case studies
- Contribute to dPoint’s social media initiatives and online presence
- Showcase dPoint’s achievements and past projects on its website and to its customers
- Take product knowledge from different teams and create informative, compelling stories
- Coordinate the company’s participation in sponsorships and tradeshows
- Generate trade show content, photos, business cards, bios, etc.
- Assist the sales team in organizing client presentations, webinars and lunch & learns
Skills and Qualifications:
- One to three years of experience in a similar role
- Post-secondary courses in Business, Marketing or Communications or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in HTML, Photoshop, and basic video skills
- Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Experience in the review and editing of online content and publications

- Highly self-motivated individual who is resourceful and driven
- Enjoys working within a team atmosphere and a small office environment
- A positive attitude and the ability to quickly build a strong personal rapport
Compensation:
- $40,000 - $50,000 Salary, depending on experience
