SGI CANADA is the competitive property and casualty insurance product division of Saskatchewan Government Insurance, offering products in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario. Working out of the Regina-based Head Office, the Manager for SGI CANADA Marketing is responsible for developing and managing an overall marketing strategy to support the strategic direction of the business by developing, analyzing and evaluating external marketing activities which drives demand to business partners and/or consumers.

The position identifies customer segment buying behaviours and develops targeted marketing programs, and subsequently leads: development of promotional material and lead generation support; development of advertising and promotional programs to support the overall marketing strategy; and monitoring implementation of marketing plan tactics (measuring and reporting on marketing campaigns and marketing spend).

You might be the right fit for the job if you’ve developed expertise in leading the alignment of marketing campaigns to corporate strategies and brand identity, and you know how to market to different customer segments across marketing mediums on a nation-wide scale. Our ideal candidate will have a degree in business administration or commerce with a major in marketing, as well as current and progressively responsible experience in marketing strategy following a customer experience framework. Knowledge of the insurance industry in Canada would be an asset.
