Reporting to the Director, Marketing & Communications (MarComm), the Manager, Client Services is an expert Marketing professional with experience in Communications. This role is accountable for effectively and efficiently servicing the MarComm needs of internal EIA clients by building and executing upon strategic Marketing and Communications plans. The Manager, Client Services role is accountable for the account management and the transition of client needs in partnership with the Creative Services team. At the foundation of this role is a need for superior strategic acumen combined with executional excellence.


  • Bachelor degree required.   Business degree preferable with a specialization in Marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Technical proficiency and professional judgment normally associated with at least 10 years of experience • Ad Agency experience and/or ‘client-side’ agency experience
  • Experience in Communications
  • Ability to develop a strategic marketing plan
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task while working with constantly changing priorities
  • Must have excellent organizational skills with the ability to see tasks through to completion
  • Must be able to develop positive business relationships and achieve results
  • Ability to secure and maintain appropriate airport security clearance and acceptable criminal record check is required
  • 10+ years experience
