FISPAN is an Enterprise SaaS FinTech start-up that allows for banks to deploy embedded financial products and services to create a seamless banking connection for their corporate clients. Our product aims to provide instant scale and reach for banks who want to remove friction and add value by enabling their commercial banking clients to access banking services through their preferred operational software. The interview process for this position will be entirely remote, and we are open to remote work options.

YOU ARE:

  • You are passionate about operations and support experience.
  • You are technology-oriented people manager with experience leading a customer-facing technical team.
  • You are familiar with software engineering processes and software development lifecycle.
  • You are proficient with at least one major programming language (Java, JavaScript) and familiar with cloud environment.
  • You are willing to learn — technology, business, finance, entrepreneurship.

YOU WILL:

  • You will work closely with Operations and Engineering.
  • You will be hiring people for your team.
  • You will mentor, advise and lead your team members in their journey for smooth operations and excellent support.
  • You will be establishing processes for defects troubleshooting, triaging, etc.
