Key Accounts Manager - 15 months contract

Description :
The Key Accounts Manager plans, organizes and controls the growth opportunity for all accounts under his or her responsibility so as to maximize sales and surpass objectives. The incumbent also maintains excellent business relations with customers by making his or her expertise available to them.

To do so, he or she will:

Develop and implement annual business plans including volume objectives, trade spend requirements and strategies that are consistent with Ultima brand and corporate strategies, opportunities and risks.
Work closely with Customer, Insights leader and Trade Marketing to identify, develop and execute category strategies to build profitable share of market shelf, display, assortment and coop.
Achieve desired accounts trade spending goals through working closely with trade spending analyst and finance.
Negotiate commercial agreements and pricing with major account buyers.
Prepare and present business reviews and recommend initiatives to deliver on Customer’s commercial opportunities.

Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in a similar position in CPG (Food an asset).
Thorough knowledge and expertise of category management including AC Nielsen and customer specific analytics.
Experience in category management or internal sales strategy/trade marketing is an asset.
Ability to prepare and make presentations and deliver business reviews.
Collaborative approach and ability to build internal cross functional relationships, influence resource needs.
National account experience (LCL, Sobeys, Walmart and Loblaw).
