Our business is all about helping small and mid-sized companies design, build and grow integrated sales and marketing programs. We work with a wide variety of companies from startups to sizable firms who tend to lack well developed business development programs and structures.
Your responsibility will be to serve as a fractional marketing manager for a mix of clients. You will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of internal and external team members to get things done quickly and effectively for clients.
Since we are usually starting from scratch and working to implement modern closed-loop on-line sales lead generation programs, you will need to be well organized, an excellent communicator and something of a jack-of-all-trades. We touch on every aspect of marketing you can think of with clients who rely on us to lead the way, rather than doing what we are told. Meaning you need to have some leadership aptitude as well as some "get it done" skills of your own.
We operate as a virtual and on-site team, so you will need to be comfortable operating from a home office using on-line collaboration tools and the telephone, much of the time.
We are open to a variety of work scenarios from contract, Part-time and Full-time for the right person. We're not looking to fill a job opening. We're looking for a team member who's passionate about online marketing and eager to make a name for themselves as a competent internet marketer.
