We are looking for a candidate with a strong design and interactive. From initial concept development through to final execution, the candidate will participate in all aspects of the creative and production process, with a focus on production of creative assets. The ideal candidate will have experience in print and digital projects, ability to shoot and edit photo and video.

Skills & Knowledge

• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Graphic Design certificate or diploma
• Outstanding conceptual skills
• Thorough knowledge of, and at least two years experience in a work environment with, Adobe CS, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat PDF and Dreamweaver for Mac OSX
• Ability to juggle several projects at once while meeting deadlines
• Translates concepts into art layouts and prepare final artwork for production
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with creative and account team and outside vendors
• Understanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, colour theory and typography in both print and digital media
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated strong business acumen
• Ability to stay apprised of and adapt to new technologies
• Ability to troubleshoot computer problems
• Ability to design intelligent, inspiring and modern design concepts that are both uniquely creative and user-friendly
• Experience developing complete branding for clients from overall logo & identity through to online presence, corporate material, and other marketing collateral (i.e. E-Newsletters, brochures, tradeshow materials, online and print advertisements, etc.)
• The ability to explore, sketch and storyboard initial design concepts by hand (non-digitally) is an asset
