Implementation Manager full-time

Industry leader in mobile technology seeks an Implementation Manager with great attitude for our newly created expansion into the Canadian market in Vancouver, BC. This person manages the project post-contract, working closely with clients and our technical team to ensure a successful product launch. Must love challenging projects and creative solutions. This position is a full time, permanent, English language position. Initially, the position will be a remote working position working from home, but with ability to attend in person meetings at office space in a co-working location at 400-319 W. Hastings St., Vancouver, BC V6B 1H6 as required. As such, the position location is Vancouver Metro Area.
Responsibilities include:
- In-depth understanding of our banking software and apps
- Training banks and credit unions on mobile and online technology
- Helping customize and set up the mobile and online banking solutions
- Helping to launch new technology to the end users
- Tracking project status and meeting deadlines
- Coordinating with developers, software technicians, and tech support
- Solving problems
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively
- Most importantly, keeping our customers happy

Compensation:
- Compensation commensurate with experience - $120,000-$130,000 per anum
- 2 weeks vacation

Qualifications:
- Must have at least 5 years' experience in Project Management, with at least 3 years' experience working with US Financial Institution Project Management
- Must be familiar and technically proficient with, but not limited to, the following financial core providers: Fiserv Datasafe, Fiserv DNA, Keystone Corelation, Finastra Ultradata, JH Symitar
- Must have paralegal experience, primarily dealing with ADA legal compliance issues and other specific regulations that apply to US Banks and Credit Unions
- Must have firm knowledge of standard US Banks and Credit Union financial practices and processes
- Must be proficient in Atlassian Software
- Must have experience with Agile methodology and best practices
