Growth & Performance Marketer

Do you have an experimental streak? Do you enjoy monitoring data and making adjustments in strategy to contribute to continued growth in performance? Janalta is looking for a Growth & Performance Marketer to oversee and grow in-house and external performance campaigns.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and manage strategies for third-party advertiser performance campaigns which are based on a CPL (cost-per-lead) or CPC (cost-per-click) model

  • Continue experimenting with and building upon our existing third-party performance campaigns that have proven successful.

  • Identity and leverage growth opportunities for in-house campaigns with email or traffic goals

  • Evaluate effectiveness of every marketing channel and activity on revenue.

  • Report on key performance indicators by channel on a (bi-)weekly basis.

  • Develop demand generation campaigns end-to-end from defining objectives to execution, tracking, and reporting

  • Continuously analyze and optimize marketing campaigns, including running experiments and multivariate testing

What you bring:

  • At least 1 year experience of B2B or B2C performance or growth marketing - ideally with a web publisher - with positive results

  • Familiarity with performance-related networks or programs - e.g. Partnerize, CJ, Affluent, etc.

  • At least 1 year experience in email and social media as marketing and advertising channels - ideally with a web publishers

  • Familiarity with email-related sending program - e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact

  • Experience with social media advertising platforms - e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest

  • You have experience with building and targeting audience segments

  • You have experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics and are familiar with best practices for setting up UTM parameters

  • Experience with productivity tools, e.g. Slack and Google Drive

  • Experience and comfort working remotely

  • Goal-oriented, data-driven, and preference for fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills

  • The successful candidate will be a self-starter and understand how to effectively implement strategies and keep measures.

  • You prioritize speed over perfect and fearlessly test ideas.

  • You can be based anywhere in the world but are flexible to have some overlap with our team’s (typically 9am-5pm MST).
