What happens when a team of experienced industry professionals combine their passion and decide it is time to raise the bar in the retirement living industry?  You get V!VA Retirement Communities. At V!VA, we aren't about grand statements or lofty ideals.  We are a group of Canadians committed to bringing the right mix of people together to inspire each other and deliver the highest standards of customer service and performance in the retirement industry.

V!VA Retirement Communities includes five rental retirement residences located in Ontario, each of which are uniquely designed to suit the needs, habits and lifestyles of the surrounding community.

At V!VA we put people first, and we’re looking for just the right person who shares V!VA’s purpose of Making Today Great!

Currently, V!VA Head Office is seeking a highly motivated Graphic Designer to join their team in Toronto, Ontario.

Are you looking for a completely unique work experience and a chance to flex your graphic design muscles? This is your chance to contribute to something great and make a real difference in people’s lives. How many graphic designers can make such a claim? Now you can!

You’ll have the opportunity to tell the V!VA story through engaging visual communication across multiple media channels. This will involve creating and coordinating marketing and sales collateral to support the continued growth of the V!VA brand and its retirement communities.

Our Graphic Design superstar will be equipped with at least 2 years of experience in a marketing/advertising environment where you worked in all mediums including print, signage, outdoor media, direct mail, websites, e-newsletter designs and campaign management.

You’re a pro at using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator and Acrobat), and you have experience with website content management systems, preferably Drupal and HTML. Computer skills using Word, Excel and PowerPoint are also required.

A post secondary degree in marketing management or related field and formal training in Graphic Design would set you above the rest of the competition!

If you’re an energetic, positive and professional individual who takes pride in taking projects from concept to final production, and producing high quality results on a regular basis, this could be the role for you.

Outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills will be essential to your success, as is the ability to work well in a team environment.

In exchange for all your hard work and determination, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary and great benefits.

Ready to make a difference while using the graphic design skills you love? Apply today!
