Influence Marketing is looking to hire a Lead Graphic Designer to conduct and oversee the full spectrum design of marketing ideas from concept to execution. This individual will work closely with client Account Managers to produce experiential graphic designs that get their clients’ messages across with high visual impact. The Graphic Designer will work on a wide variety of products for both client and corporate purposes.


  • Leading the creation and management of various projects including, but not limited to:
    • Corporate identity and brand strategy
    • User Experience/User Interface design
    • Print ads, posters, in-store displays
    • Signage and exhibits
    • Vehicle wraps
    • Client pitch documents
  • Manage all stages of creative project cycle including:
    • Working with Account Managers to understand the project requirements
    • Estimating the time the project will require
    • Creating design concepts that fit the clients’ needs
    • Presenting options for design treatments and creating final designs
    • Amending designs according to the clients’ final comments
    • Proofreading and preparing designs to be sent to production
  • Understanding and applying client brand standards in projects, as well as corporate brand standard in a variety of formats and documents
  • Managing and prioritizing multiple projects and managing expectations of Account Managers
  • Delivering quality work within short timeframes
  • Consistently seeking to improve inefficiencies and streamline processes, contributing creative solutions to issues
  • Liaising interdepartmentally and independently to meet deadlines and get things done


  • Graduate of an accredited Design program
  • Minimum 3 years of Design experience in an agency setting
  • Strong computer skills, specifically with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Experience with Project Management software considered an asset
  • Illustration considered an asset
  • Strong project management skills: time management, organization, and planning
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work with others cross-functionally
  • Problem solving and conflict management skills
  • Understanding of production processes
  • Strong visual sense, creative flair and originality, with an interest in graphics and typography
  • Attention to detail and focus on quality control
  • Able to work effectively under time constraints in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change
  • Interest in new developments in design software and up to date with current trends and techniques
  • Works independently to proactively get the job done
  • Exceptional communicator; both written and verbally
  • Understands the ‘big picture’ in regards to the campaign
  • Proven ability to effectively work in cross-functional teams
