You enjoy interacting with others, can give and receive feedback, and can explain your designs clearly and passionately. You want each website to be perfect... but can also produce amazing results within a project's timeline and budget.

Essentials

• Solid portfolio of websites
• 2 years+ experience
• You see the trends, and see right past them
• HTML and CSS
• CMS experience

Bonus Points

• Sass/SCSS
• JavaScript
• PHP
• MySQL / or equivalent database design and development
• Print and branding design skills
• Web application planning and development
• Photography
