What You’ll Be Doing

As Director of Client Services & Client Success, you will be leading a team to onboard new clients, implement their influencer marketing campaigns, and report on campaign results. You will also be the strategic point of contact for our enterprise clients.

This position is at the center of our efforts to successfully implement our influencer marketing campaigns and retain our clients. Your success is measured by campaigns that are delivered on time, on budget, and meet our client's goals so that they renew. As a member of our leadership team, you will have a direct impact on helping us refine and innovate our client services.

Responsibilities Include

  • Empower and grow a team of 4-6 people to deliver all aspects of our client services (project management, enterprise account management, influencer campaign recruitment and engagement, campaign logistics/fulfillment, campaign reports and client reviews)

  • Strategic point of contact for enterprise clients; lead on implementation strategy

  • Create the overall strategy for executing services to meet our gross margin targets

  • Oversee our community engagement funnel to ensure health of influencer community

  • Surface insights for our clients through interim updates and final campaign reports

  • Work closely with sales to inform/influence renewal and upsell goals and strategy

  • Identify client and community needs to influence our product and business roadmap

  • Client billing and supplier payments


  • Suggested minimum of 5-7+ years related work experience in client service and/or client success roles.

  • Experience growing, managing and inspiring a team required.

  • Strong sense of business operations and client service ethic.

  • Experience at high-growth marketing tech startups or ad agencies preferred.

  • Experience working with CPG brands an asset.
