Director Client Services full-time

Tandem is seeking a Director Client Services to join its design and marketing team. The successful candidate will be a collegial team player with a sharp acumen for client service and marketing know-how. The broad strokes include collaborating with clients, planning and implementing client projects, managing supplier relationships, and being an important contributor to a boutique agency with a 23-year track record. The requirements of the position demand outstanding written and verbal communication skills; creative thinking; digital marketing expertise (social media and web development); and exceptional time management and organization skills. A Bachelor’s degree and experience in marketing, communications and advertising is required. This is a full-time, permanent position.
