We’re looking for an analytical and tactical thinker who can create cross-channel digital strategies for all sorts of clients. Someone who loves problem solving where technology, marketing, and creative content intersect. Ideally, this candidate will have 3–5 years experience developing broadly integrated digital marketing strategies.

- Working with our creative and account group to solve problems and take advantage of opportunities across all digital channels—social, web, mobile, search, email, etc.
- Aiding in the identification of goals, metrics and KPI values, working with media and client partners.
- Working closely, and in partnership with the creative team and agency partners to optimize our ability to develop and implement breakthrough ideas.
- Providing actionable analytics and making data-driven decisions.
- Proactively seeking opportunities to bring forward new digital concepts, ideas and approaches in field of expertise to help build clients business.
- Knowledgeable on a wide variety of online tools, channel best practices and optimization techniques.
- Staying on top of and educating agency on digital trends.
