Responsibilities / Responsabilités

• Building robust, extensible and extremely efficient C# .Net powered Internet applications for a wide range of properties
• Building and extending database elements (MS SQL 2005, 2008)
• Maintaining and extending custom C# applications
• Helping develop, update and maintain scripts that manage and process XML feed data
• Developing tools that integrate seamlessly and efficiently with existing HTML documents, .NET controls, and AJAX applications
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements / Exigences

• Three years experience in Microsoft technologies (ASP.NET, C#, MS SQL)
• Experience with Microsoft ASP.NET MVC
• Experience with Test Driven Development or unit testing an asset
• Experience in an Agile development environment
• Experience in other platforms and other frameworks such as Ruby on Rails an asset;
• Exposure with ORMs such as NHibernate an asset
• An understanding of web application scaling & caching strategies
• A working knowledge of JavaScript;
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Server and IIS;
• Experience with web services
• Well organized with good communication skills, patience and an ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects
