We're looking for a talented, creative, and motivated Digital Matte Painter to join our growing team to create stunning photorealistic renderings.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the creation of photorealistic stylized images that evoke a sense of place and tell a story
• Create mood boards and reference gathering to establish direction
• Collaborate and effectively communicate to both clients and team members
• Juggle and prioritize multiple project in a fast paced studio environment

Qualifications:

• Highly skilled using Adobe Photoshop
• Excellent understanding of perspective, value matching, matte painting techniques, depth, lighting, and photo manipulation
• Artistic instinct with freehand drawing skills and in-depth understanding of composition
• A background and or strong interest in fine art, photography, and design is preferred
• A good understanding of camera focal lengths and composition
• In-depth knowledge of 3ds Max, V-Ray, After Effects, Adobe Illustrator would be advantageous
• An architectural or interior design background is beneficial but not a necessity
• Passion for mastering your craft and improve how things are done
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to come up with solutions
• Must be self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project milestones and deadlines
• Experience working with clients and exhibit strong communications skills
