Reporting to the Product Marketing Manager, the Public Relations and Social Media Specialist will work to create and maintain Wondershare’s favorable public image and protect its reputation. They will write creatively, monitor online news for media opportunities, manage the company media database and relationships, research potential new partnerships, as well as become the leader of our social media presence
PR: Identify and building relationships with key influences, journalists, bloggers, and forum moderators.Maintain and execute media relations campaigns; including, developing targeted media lists and managing relationships, both proactively and re-actively.
Social Media: Manage our social media campaigns from start-to-finish with a focus on customer acquisition.Identify and generate activity in relevant social channels to nurture relationships with relevant social media influences and participate in targeted online circles.
Content: Write and edit a variety of assigned social tactics such as posts, blog articles, guides, case study, and other forms long and short copy. Assist in the growth of engagement and overall impact of the company’s communication which include the creation of digital content (Videos, PR, Article Writing,) and its distribution through social media channels Collect and coordinate customer testimonials and user videos.
Analysis: Characterize, quantify and present the metrics, tracking and reports for PR and social media campaign success.Write and edit a variety of assigned social tactics such as posts, blog articles, guides, case study, and other forms long and short copy.
